"bnwcs-enhanced"
Purpose
The phrase "BNWCS-Enhanced" and the "BNWCS-Enhanced Logo" are intended to allow content creators to easily identify their products as being in some way specially designed for the Brave New World Combat System.
Meaning
Depending on where you see the "BNWCS-Enhanced" logo or the phrase "BNWCS-Enhanced," it could mean one of several things:- On a weapon
The weapon is capable of dealing splash damage to BNWCS health meters. Usually this means that it is an explosive weapon, includes an explosive aspect, is a sniper rifle, or a melee weapon. - On a vehicle
The vehicle uses the BNWCS Vehicle API, and will take BNWCS splash damage in addition to normal damage. Additionally, the vehicle's HP will show up on the BNWCS HUD, and you may be immune from splash damage while driving/piloting/riding/etc the vehicle. - On something else
The object may be a BNWCS Target, using the BNWCS Target API
The object may do something else specially for the BNWCS, and you would have to read more to find out exactly what.

"bnwcs-compatible"
Purpose
The phrase "BNWCS-Compatible" and the "BNWCS-Compatible Logo" are intended to allow content creators to easily identify their products that work with the Brave New World Combat System, but do not include any BNWCS-specific enhancements or APIs.
Meaning
Depending on where you see the "BNWCS-Enhanced" logo or the phrase "BNWCS-Enhanced," it could mean one of several things:- On a weapon
The weapon will work correctly against avatars wearing BNWCS meters. - On something else
I can't think of any BNWCS-Compatible non-weapon objects that wouldn't also be BNWCS-Enhanced. If you find one, share it with Matthias Rozensztok!
